Billing
This guide explains how to find and pay an outstanding invoice through your Titanium Media South Africa client portal.

Log In to Your Portal
Go to https://client-area.titaniummediasa.co.za and log in with your email and password.

Go to Billing
Click on Billing in the top navigation menu, then select My Invoices.

Select the Invoice
Find the invoice marked Unpaid and click on it to open the invoice detail.

Choose a Payment Method
Select your preferred payment method. We accept EFT, credit card, and PayFast. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete payment.

Confirm Payment
Once payment is processed, your invoice status will update to Paid and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you pay by EFT, please use your invoice number as the payment reference so we can match it quickly.
If your invoice does not update within 24 hours of EFT payment, please contact us with your proof of payment.
