Keep your account details up to date so we can reach you and send invoices to the right address. Here is how to update your billing and contact information.

Log In to Your Portal

Go to https://client-area.titaniummediasa.co.za and sign in.

Open Account Settings

Click your name or company name in the top-right corner, then select Edit Account Details.

Update Your Details

You can change your name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing address. Update any fields that need correcting.

Save Changes

Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form. You will see a confirmation message when the update is successful.

If you change your email address, you will need to use the new email to log in going forward. Check your inbox for a confirmation email.
To update payment card details, go to Billing and select Payment Methods.
