If your website is down or not loading correctly, follow these steps to diagnose the issue and get help from our team as quickly as possible.

Check Our Network Status Page
Visit https://client-area.titaniummediasa.co.za/serverstatus.php to see if there is a known outage or maintenance in progress.

Test From a Different Device or Network
Try opening your website on a mobile device using mobile data. If it loads there but not on your computer, the issue may be local to your network or browser cache.

Clear Your Browser Cache
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac) to clear cached data, then try reloading the site.

Open a Support Ticket
If the site is still down, log in to your portal and submit a ticket under Support > Open New Ticket. Include your domain name and a description of the issue.
